SERV-143 — test instructions
ADO bug: 21830
Was failing: Contact rendered from an opaque inferred relationship; no selector.
Fix applied: Contact derives from Owning Departments — documented; explicit selector is an open design decision (record, don't hard-fail).
Tester steps:
- View → find the Contact section; note which department it names.
- Edit → compare with Owning Departments.
Expected: Rendered contact matches owning department(s).
