TOPIC-063 — test instructions

ADO bug: 21863

Was failing: Section-background fields hidden on all Topic displays → colors never applied.

Fix applied: Section appearance group exposed on all 5 Topic form displays; bands render tinted.

Tester steps:

  1. Edit → "Section appearance" accordion → all 4 selects show tinted values.
  2. View → Related band below is tinted-gray, not white.

Expected: Band colors visibly change per selection.
