Sandy Creek Bridge

Repairs to the Sandy Creek Bridge are underway. Residents should expect construction traffic and noise, nighttime lighting, and be aware of workers in the area.

The temporary low water crossing will remain open during bridge construction.

Please follow all posted signage and drive safely.

New Pedestrian Path on Round Mountain Rd.

A Travis County contractor has completed a 10-foot-wide asphalt millings pedestrian path between Big Sandy Dr and the Round Mountain Baptist Church. The path will be lit at night and is currently being delineated using construction cones. Those cones will be replaced and upgraded with traffic water barriers. We request the public to remain cautious as the road continues to be a high traffic area.
