INFO ITK — test instructions

ADO bug: 21872

Was failing: Section required; single authored item never rendered; category was a fixed dropdown.

Fix applied: Optional now; one item renders; category is free-form text.

Tester steps:

1. View → the ITK section shows exactly ONE item with "Custom QA category".
2. Edit → remove it → page still saves (zero allowed).
3. Edit → clear the category → still saves.

Expected: Zero or one item both work; category is free text.
