UAT-BUG-21836-Defect-[INFO-121/059 — metadata help - Barbora Halbich]

INFO-121/059 — test instructions

ADO bug: 21836

Was failing: No explanation of what metadata fields control downstream.

Fix applied: Audience/Geo/Service-Type/Topics fields carry helper text (merged PR 6778); remaining naming questions are client-decision items.

Tester steps:

1. Edit → Search and Metadata → read help text under each field.

Expected: Helper text present; record any naming questions for the client.
