Request an official certificate showing that your taxes are paid in full or if there is any money due. You may need one when buying or selling property or applying for a permit. Tax certificates ordered through this form are for real estate accounts

Anyone can order a tax certificate. Certificates ordered through this form are for real estate accounts only and cannot be requested for personal property accounts.
Cost
Tax certificates must be paid in advance and cost $10 per certificate plus online payment service fees.
Timeline
Requests are normally processed within five business days but can take up to ten days.

Locate the account information
Go to our quick search to find the 14-digit account number, also known as the parcel number, using the owner’s name, street address, or account number to search.

Complete the request form
Use the tax certificate request form to order an official tax certificate for one or more real property accounts. You can request up to 30 tax certificates in one online request.

Select payment method
Select your payment type to use our secure online payment processor, Government Payments - EZNETPAY.

Follow the prompts on the review payment screen to complete your payment and submit the tax certificate request.
