Split your annual property tax bill into four quarterly payments. Available to homeowners who qualify under Texas Tax Code Chapter 31.

Eligibility
Available to homestead property owners and disabled veterans. Other property classes generally do not qualify. Contact the Tax Office if you are unsure about your eligibility.
Cost
No application fee. Standard penalty and interest apply only if an installment is paid late; on-time installments avoid penalties entirely.
Timeline
Applications open in October each year for the following tax year. Four installments are due in January, March, May, and July.
